RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Digital Products

All our courses are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled as follows:

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the course, contact us at guy@maine.international within 14 days for a full refund.

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Have completed only Module 1 (you must not have accessed Module 2 or beyond)
  • Provide a brief reason for your refund request

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • You have accessed Module 2 or any subsequent modules
  • You have downloaded course materials beyond Module 1

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
