FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is this course really based on?

This course is a distillation of more than 35 years of real-world experience across senior leadership, sales, strategy, turnarounds, and growth — spanning corporates, listed companies, startups, and scale-ups.

Rather than teaching abstract theory, the course walks through actual challenges, decisions, missteps, and outcomes I've lived through across roles at Optus, Foxtel, BidEnergy, OES, and multiple early-stage businesses. The frameworks in the course were shaped under real pressure — not in classrooms.

Is this a surface-level course or a deep one?

This is not a surface-level or "tips and tricks" course. The material goes deep into how I think, how I approach complex problems, how I frame decisions under pressure, and how I move organisations and conversations forward when the obvious answers don't work. Most participants will find this is a course they return to — particularly the WOOP Double-O™ and W.A.I.T.™ tools — as their situations evolve.

Who is this course best suited for?

This course is designed for:

  • Sales professionals working on complex or high-stakes opportunities
  • Founders and operators navigating growth, constraint, or change
  • Emerging and senior leaders responsible for decisions, influence, and outcomes

If your role involves solving problems with imperfect information, influencing others, or shaping value — this course will resonate.

Is this course only for people in sales?

No.

While selling is a core theme, the course is really about creative problem-solving, strategic thinking, and influence. Many participants will apply the tools to leadership, negotiations, internal alignment, pricing decisions, and business strategy — not just sales conversations.

How practical is the course content?

Highly practical.

The course includes:

  • Real case studies from my career
  • A capstone simulation that puts you inside a leadership decision moment
  • Repeatable frameworks you can use immediately
  • Downloadable tools designed to be used beyond the course

Nothing is theoretical for the sake of it — every concept ties back to application.

How long does the course take to complete?

The course includes 8 modules and 22 lessons, plus case studies and a final challenge.

Most people complete it over several weeks. However, it's designed to be self-paced, and many learners revisit key modules as new challenges arise in their work.

Is this a one-off purchase? Do I keep access?

Yes. This is a one-time purchase, and you retain ongoing access to the course content and resources.
